媽媽生日係要食好d嘅。黎左呢間好有歷但經重新裝修嘅蟠龍半島餐廳度試下。6個人,各人一個set dinner。前菜,餐湯,主菜,餐茶。 額外加左個法式焗田螺。前菜有兩個選擇,一個係純雞絲沙律,一個係有兩隻大蝦跟盤。個沙律味道有些少怪,但個檻欖就好好食,無苦澀味。食完頭盤黎左個田螺,呢個真係爆爆爆好食。每隻田螺都算有肉地,牛油香草汁好香濃,焗完d油陪住薯蓉食。正!到個湯,大家都飲魚嘅紅湯。魚方面食得出用大量lemon juice去僻腥,但魚塊依然好腥。不過湯底係幾好飲,少少辣,好開胃。主菜我地叫左牛仔肉同鵝肝紅菜頭飯。牛仔肉好焾好香,肉汁亦好夠。至於鵝肝,真係煎得好香,外面金黃,入面鬆軟。配住意大利飯食真係太味味喇。雖然餐茶無咩特花茶offer,但分數亦都夠高。返食指數:4粒半星(最高5粒)。

食完頭盤黎左個田螺,呢個真係爆爆爆好食。每隻田螺都算有肉地,牛油香草汁好香濃,焗完d油陪住薯蓉食。正!

牛仔肉好焾好香,肉汁亦好夠。至於鵝肝,真係煎得好香,外面金黃,入面鬆軟。配住意大利飯食真係太味味喇。

雖然餐茶無咩特花茶offer,但分數亦都夠高。返食指數:4粒半星(最高5粒)。
