To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

說到中環的餐廳酒吧，那可說是各種類型都有。今次這家法國菜餐廳紅館RaRe，是我們初次造訪光顧的餐廳。餐廳內部分別有上下兩層，上層空間不大，設計以酒吧開放風格為主。下層空間寬敞，座位不擁擠坐的舒適。座椅以紅黑色調搭配為主題，設計感十足。話說餐廳廚師是獲藍帶殊榮的，想必廚藝是得到認可，真令我好期待。首先呈上餐前麵包，麵包外皮脆口，內裡軟熟，沾上黑醋，甜甜的好好吃。頭盤是魚蓉伴檸檬汁凱薩沙律，綿密的魚蓉酸酸的滋味，搭上爽口新鮮感蔬菜很開胃。Spice us beef submarine，牛肉潛堡份量不小，牛肉帶點微辣與黃瓜搭佐吃很對味，清爽中帶點肉味香，麵包香Q有咬勁，三者互搭多層次口感，實屬美味。飲品選擇了凍檸茶，一飲暢快無比。就在氣氛不錯的環境下，享用美食料理，開心吃完了一頓滿足的晚
