為了慶祝端午節及父親節, 一家人訂了位在儂京川滬菜館食晚飯, 菜館餐桌佈局闊落。口水雞, 鎮江肴肉, 奶油津白, 松子魚及鱔糊粗炒味道不俗, 小籠包皮薄有湯汁, 是我最愛的上海食品, 回窩肉惹味, 魚香茄子石頭飯中的不是白飯而是炒飯, 炒飯的飯焦配以魚香茄子實在香口味美! 至於片皮鴨理應是上海菜館的招牌菜, 但卻叫人有點失望, 片皮鴨的皮尚算脆口, 但那用來包片皮鴨的薄皮不但硬且乾, 還要不夠熱, 於是我們要求再蒸熱一點, 結果還是一樣, 那實在影響片皮鴨的口感。整體來說, 食物水準還是不錯。
