It is extremely delicious, no matter the presentation and the cooking technique and service standard, its  niceThe waiter clearly explained us each dish with details. The reconstructed Egg Yolk on top of the beef tar tar with onion. on the side, there are a few sauce. Zucchini Gel, and the beetroot gel.

Follow by the Foie Gras, to be honest, i aint a Foie Gras fan. The taste is fine with a bit of alcohol smell. And Dried Apple Crisp and marinated figs.

Last but not the least, the Snow White. It give sweetness and sourness at the same time. It's evil yet refreshing.

I look forward to their new menu and i hope they do too.
