Happy Friday 就梗係要好好坐下,同best friend吹下水,解下一星期嘅苦悶啦,於是就諗住搵間靜靜嘅bar坐下。聽朋友講,佐敦有間食印度嘢同西餐嘅bar,咁有新意就梗係要去試下啦。一去到,已經見到個店主好welcome我地。之後我地諗咗好耐食咩,諗到頭都爆,個店主又好主動咁同我地睇一次個menu,介紹我地餐廳嘅signature dishes同埋多人叫嘅嘢食俾我地揀,最後叫咁一個沙律,一個小食,一個main course同一份naan,仲有兩杯drinks!一落咗order就好快到啦!我地叫咗Season Special salad,佢有唔同顏色嘅椒,雞蛋,牛油果,蔬菜。再加上啲特製醬汁,酸酸甜甜咁,好開胃,係一個好好嘅前菜。之後上菜嘅係Dahi Puri,佢係一個小食,外皮係泡芙皮,入面薯蓉,肉碎,茄汁同埋yogurt。印度嘅yogurt菜色真係係好出色,呢個菜係真心特別。佢外面脆脆,再加個酸甜嘅汁,係令到個口味更好突出。溫馨提示,要盡早食呀,如果唔係個皮會變軟架。不得不提個main: Butter chicken 配埋 Cheese naan,簡直係一流。Butte

我地叫咗Season Special salad,佢有唔同顏色嘅椒,雞蛋,牛油果,蔬菜。再加上啲特製醬汁,酸酸甜甜咁,好開胃,係一個好好嘅前菜。

不得不提個main: Butter chicken 配埋 Cheese naan,簡直係一流。Butter chicken個汁好惹味,雖然佢唔辣,但佢個汁個口味做得好協調,鹹味適中,再加埋個cheese naan,完全可以配合到!呢個dish嘅汁就咁食都唔會重口味,但加埋個naan又唔會冇味,呢個係神奇嘅地方。
當然,食印度嘢要食Lassi啦,我個friend就叫Lassi Sweet,濃濃嘅奶味,正!而我就叫咗 Season’s breeze,佢都係yogurt,不過加咗mango 同 blueberry,佢一啲都冇過火嘅人工甜味,但就有生果嘅甜。我覺得好好飲!
