To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六約左朋友在Cwb , 天氣熱辣辣，最好就是去happy hour 飲返杯，吹下水relax 下。行經耀華街，見到呢間酒吧有Sat & Sun happy hour set $118 , 1小食+1杯野飲，即刻心心眼衝左入去坐低試下。同朋友一人點了一個set , 度過左開心的下午。我點了Grilled Spiral Pork Sausages + white wine , 意想不到除左腸仔香口好味之外，連薯蓉都好有口感，食到有蒜茸同洋蔥香味，配上幾淡白酒，好滿足。價錢又抵，食物又好味，酒又好飲，發現到間好酒吧，真是happy hour 好地方。
