To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五約返三五知己去happy hour是常識吧！今次選擇了沙田萬怡酒店頂樓，貪佢有靚景價錢又唔太貴，8點前仲buy1get1😁飲賞完酒醉迷人的日落，就開始醫肚啦😁首先來個生蠔前盤，好新鮮，共3款，個款2隻。不過啲waiter唔太專業，話晒都係酒店，少少介紹下啲蠔都得掛不過欣賞佢支辣椒仔，好cute!同埋舊檸檬有張filter紙包住，唧檸檬唔會彈到週圍都係，夠細心再來Parma ham pizza, 一般，無乜驚喜墨西哥粟米片啲source好好味！不得不讚呢度啲燒物！唔燶但又好香口（唔知係咪飲左酒既關係）金姑牛肉串水牛雞翼燒魷魚鬚總括來講，呢度坐得舒服，有靚景。不過啲waiter既好young,無乜經驗，唔似酒店既service, 但總算有禮貌
