To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日同朋友去左海港城行街,行到4點零攰攰地諗住食返個late lunch,揀左一間新加坡餐廳CaN LaH佢地星期一至五4-8pm 有Happy Hour,指定野飲都係$48起。本身諗住坐室外望下個維港景,但晏晝4點幾個太陽仲係好猛,行出去唔夠幾秒即刻標曬汗🥵唯有坐返室內舒舒服服嘆下冷氣好過。由於極少食新加坡菜既關係,真係完全想像唔到啲野食會係咩味,所以都幾期待😌我地專登揀左幾款傳統同必試既starters。當中我最鍾意沙律百花釀油條 $88。用油炸鬼黎釀野真係第一次試。雖然係炸既但係唔油膩仲好酥脆,中間釀左好彈牙既墨魚膏,食呢個配啤酒一流🍻👍🏻✨娘惹黑炭小金杯 $88✨娘惹蕉葉烏打 $88✨加多加多 $88🥂Rosé $72🥂Chardonnay $62🍻Tiger $78
