之前講過很需要Happy Monday,充滿力量才可完成一週的工作,不知大家覺得這諗法對不對呢?今晚就有位好認同Happy Monda的朋友約我食日本菜,當然二話不說應邀出席。餐廳位於大廈二十樓,一出升降機門便見到搶眼奪目的店名。甫進內裏,先看見一個放滿各式各樣日本酒的流線型木酒架。餐廳地方不大,分吧枱座和普通座,約可容納二十幾人。地方雖不大,但能飽覽一望無際的景色,絢爛的夜景,多麼美啊!細閱電子menu,有幾款廚師發辦,亦有些單點菜式,選擇不少。壽司和刺身中,我必選後者,就點刺身廚師發辦,由師傅全權負責,不用傷腦筋,坐定定等食。**************************前菜是土佐啫喱配松葉蟹肉,賣相挺吸引!梳梳鮮嫩的蟹肉上放了清爽的青瓜和爽彈的海蜇,而最吸睛是那粒晶瑩的土佐醋啫喱,如粒龍珠般,很特別。試試蘸些所配備的胡麻醬,味道更香,很匹配。整體很清新,加埋土佐啫喱的酸,簡直為我倆打開胃子。**************************雖不是坐在壽司吧枱,但離遠也看到師傅精心的擺設,賣相的確很優美。究竟今晚師傅的心水係乜?原來有六款刺身,包括章紅魚、帶子、赤蝦、鯖魚、

雖不是坐在壽司吧枱,但離遠也看到師傅精心的擺設,賣相的確很優美。究竟今晚師傅的心水係乜?原來有六款刺身,包括章紅魚、帶子、赤蝦、鯖魚、太刀魚和拖羅各兩件,每件厚度適中,還有印上店名的玉子,甜甜地,存有蛋汁,好味!

每款都色澤亮麗,好新鮮,就馬上逐一品嚐。章紅魚柔軟鮮帶爽,魚味香濃,相當油潤;帶子非常柔軟鮮甜;赤蝦黏滑中帶微爽,味道鮮甜;鯖魚肉質爽嫩,伴着薑蒜蔥花同吃,很夾!
