What can I say? I’m impressed by everything, the atmosphere, the service, the food. I’m AMAZED. What can I say? I’m impressed by everything, the atmosphere, the service, the food. I’m AMAZED. For starters, the Wagyu tartare with botanebi and carviar is SO good and it’s probably one of my favourite dish of the entire course. We also had like a Wagyu appetiser assortment, the jelly is a bit too much for me, but the tenderloin tempura is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, loved it. Then we had various part of the A5 Wagyu as main course, everything lives up to expectations (and probably beyond expectations), they grill everything for you so you didn’t really have to DIY and most likely end up burning it. The Wagyu in Sukiyaki style with truffle shavings is absolutely amazing, they really do shave the truffle right in front of you, you then mix a ball of rice with the sauce and a Japanese egg yolk, dip it with your slice of Wagyu and that’s probably one of the best bite in the world. I choose the Wagyu ice cream as my dessert, needless to say, it’s extremely creamy. 10/10 would recommend but remember to book in advance! This restaurant is popular!
