To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坐低冇耐,聽到隔籬枱買單,有小爭執,個食客問做咩無啦啦收多咗錢,我都不以為然。🫣🫣🫣跟住我叫咗個午餐,想加個白灼菜心,係我衰,冇問清楚價錢,埋單嘅時候$120,即係碟菜要成$60,佢話係一個餐嘅價錢😵‍💫 我係有啲嚇親嘅,因為碟菜芯係好細碟(係出面食碗麵加碟油菜嗰個size),點睇都唔係一個餐啦,仲要係切到好碎嘅菜芯,$30都畀多佢,唔好話$60。咁係我衰嘅,點會諗到天下間會有咁細碟菜要成$60先得㗎,點諗到原來白灼菜芯可以係一個餐😨真係大開眼界🫠🫠🫠下次都係自己睇路,吖唔係,無下次啦🙏🏽
