Absolutely fantastic food! Dinner with the spectacular view of Hong Kong skyline. Oyster Tartare was extremely special, loved the mushroom soup, Sea urchin risotto and the big prawn linguine.食物出色!個景一流! 蠔Tartare 非常特別，唔會得出蠔咁dry, 磨菇湯啖啖姑，海膽risotto都出色，平時食用海膽主嘅Pasta,通常啲海膽都會冇曬味。今次食到啖啖海膽，大蝦linguine 食得出蝦ge鮮味🍤😋，甜品都好得意呀係用腐竹整嘅
