there are many great quality food competitor here in taikoktsui, especially in the rice noodle industry.here needs great improvement on food to stay alive here.1) soup base is purely salty, doesnt have any pork bone taste as others noodle restaurant.2) too much sour that cover most of the soup flavor.3) rice noodle quality is bad. soaked too long time in water, the noodle is fragile and too soft without any texture.4) topping is ok but tge quantity a bit not enough.
