樂民餐室前身叫新雅苑,當年經常幫襯,但愈來愈偷工減料,拒絕幫襯之後仲褶埋,新接手就改名樂民餐室.點咗份豉椒排骨炒河,西蘭花炒魚崧同沙薑雞,睇睇佢質素如何先!三碟餸菜一上枱,最大感覺係 Hea 做 Hea 煮!豉椒排骨嘅炒河,河粉無一條條分開都算,河粉無炒過,感覺係D河粉炒都無炒就放上碟上,之后煮個茨汁同排骨淋上河粉上,感覺唔夠熱毫無镬氣! 唔合格!沙薑雞雞肉尚算鬆軟但斬雞刀法奇差! 斬到D雞一件大一件細,睇怕廚房要跟國產零零柒學吓刀功!西蘭花連焯水都無做,攪到D西蘭花過硬同有草青味! 睇怕學完刀功要再跟唐朝飲食集團主席食神史提芬周學廚藝!餐廳位處公屋旁唔係大街旺區,眼見都係做D街坊同的士司機生意,質素咁低點吸引街坊再幫襯呀?

豉椒排骨嘅炒河,河粉無一條條分開都算,河粉無炒過,感覺係D河粉炒都無炒就放上碟上,之后煮個茨汁同排骨淋上河粉上,感覺唔夠熱毫無镬氣! 唔合格!

沙薑雞雞肉尚算鬆軟但斬雞刀法奇差! 斬到D雞一件大一件細,睇怕廚房要跟國產零零柒學吓刀功!

餐廳位處公屋旁唔係大街旺區,眼見都係做D街坊同的士司機生意,質素咁低點吸引街坊再幫襯呀?
