To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直以來都好鍾意係下午茶時段出去食嘢,一來近住傍晚時間食飽啲嘅話,就可以當埋食晚餐,二來下午茶價錢都比較經濟。今日我就去咗燉奶佬食下午茶。我覺得燉奶佬嘅下午茶餐款式選擇都幾多架,除咗有一般下午茶餐必備嘅多士,雞髀之外,佢仲有正餐嘅粉面飯,而最正嘅係只需要加$3就可以換到一款糖水為咗可以飽肚d,陣間唔洗晚餐時間又叫肚餓,我就點左一個台式肉燥雞扒大碗飯,再加$3要咗個涼粉西米露。台式肉燥雞扒大碗飯賣相實在太求其啦好似就咁將幾樣餸掉入埋個碗裏面就算,一啲擺位都冇。飯嘅份量又真係都算多嘅,咁相對地肉燥就偏少,唔夠撈飯 另外,伴碟嘅椰菜已經涼左,可惜; 豆腐嘅味道其實都OK,裏面仍然好多汁,易入口; 而雞扒可以話呢碗飯入面做得最好嘅,雖然就唔係話雞皮煎黃金香脆,但雞肉仍然好嫩滑,唔會煎到太乾身。3蚊雞糖水—涼粉西米露我對佢嘅期望唔會過高,而出奇嘅係,碗糖水份量上超出$3 嘅範圍,味道上佢亦都係做到恰如其分,有涼粉,有西米,完。

賣相實在太求其啦
好似就咁將幾樣餸掉入埋個碗裏面就算,一啲擺位都冇。

飯嘅份量又真係都算多嘅,咁相對地肉燥就偏少,唔夠撈飯
