To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Had their crab meat salad and it was great! The salads here come in two sizes and I opted for the smaller one which is big enough. You can choose any or all of the five salads they have on offer as your base, and I chose kale & pomegranate, beetroot & orange, and quinoa & pumpkin seeds. Everything tasted great and fresh and went really well together. The crab meat especially exceeded my expectations and the amount was quite generous. Everything tasted great and fresh and went really well together. The crab meat especially exceeded my expectations and the amount was quite generous. My only complaint is that there were a few pieces of shell in the crab meat but not too many. This salad was not cheap at $98 but I say it's still a good deal if you're looking for something healthy and nutritious yet tasty.
