Konjac (蒟蒻) is a traditional Japanese jelly-like health food made from a kind of potato called Konnyaku potato. It does not have fat, and is rich in dietary fiber and low in calories. Most often used in oden, konjac is flavorless with a rubbery and jello-like texture. Kitchen Delite offers fusion-like healthy cuisine by pairing konjac noodles with teriyaki chicken, kobe beef, seafood, and even sichuan spicy chicken. The restaurant is located on Hoi Kwong Street with its ever-changing restaurants
The restaurant is small and crowded so best to come early for lunch. The lunch menu consisted of a variety of noodles and rice. For all of the dishes, you can choose to pair it with either konjac noodle, konjac udon, or yellow ginger rice. My friend and I chose to get 2 dishes to share for lunch.
