There were many items to choose, ranging from mix and match sliced noodles (in soup, cold / hot-mixed style) to shanghai vegetable rice. After some struggling, I ordered soup sliced noodle with spicy beef tendon brisket, shanghai wonton and soymilk. My friend ordered soup sliced noodle with chicken in wine and iced milk tea.

The noodles and toppings came seperately. It was considerate that staff gave us an extra bowl to put the bones in. That was another thumb up from the hygienic perspective.

Noodles were in different thickness and length, very chewy in texture. Portions were satisfyingly big. Scallion and coriander were put on spoon without mixing in with soup so customers who dont like them can easily pick them out.

Spicy beef was served with garlic and chilli oil. It was tendon, galicky, hot and spicy indeed. Shanghai wontons were huge in size, fillings were flavourful and wrappings was thin, not bad!

Wine chicken was served cold. My friend said it was tender and smooth, not dry and had no meaty smell at all, tasted super delicious.

Soymilk was served in a big cup, the amount of sweetness was just right, not overly sweet. However, bean flavor wasn't too strong. Iced milktea had no special to mention, just like those you can get from cha chaan tengs.

Overall, this is a hearty local noodles shop that serves delicious food with fair price. I'd definitely revisit when I crave noodles again!
