Coming forth with neutral expectation, I didn't realized I've experienced extreme hell within 2 hours. Paid exclusively for service fee, hereby shockingly forcing me to experience the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. The time we asked for ordering, which doesn't include any self-help QR code on the table, waitress who passed by saw our waving hands high up in the air. Yo?? Noted with no response, and walked away. We forced to wait for 5 mins until another waitress pass by. Waitr
The time we asked for ordering, which doesn't include any self-help QR code on the table, waitress who passed by saw our waving hands high up in the air. Yo?? Noted with no response, and walked away. We forced to wait for 5 mins until another waitress pass by. Waitress never asked my preference of which dish served first, shoved with frowned eyebrows, and thundered away.
Dishes served with an attitude- OK,fine. During the wait, the back of my chair was continuously hit like a bumper car 4 times in row.
Waitress saw the entire tiny table was packed with food, but instead of clearing plates, (the moment i wanna enjoy the dishes that was given to me with delight) my right elbow was hit by something hard and ceremic textured- turns out it was the plate that served soup in boiling temperature. This time is lucky enough. Otherwise, there is risk of sustaining burn injury.
Entire time, given with multiple opportunities and patience. Not even changing away dirty plates. Not even refilling tea, even given polite and gentle reminder for waitress. My words has gone with the wind. No respect whatsoever.
Last order time has arrived, yet forgotten our dessert until prompted. While dessert was waited for 15 mins until served, something again can happen. What a miracle. Waitress was spray cleaning the table right next to our left side. Instead of spraying the chemicals on the cloth, she sprayed directly onto the dirt. The distance between tables are within arms reach; the pressure of spray splashed across the table towards our main dish!! Omg... Besides physical war and psychological treatment, Now its a chemical war??
So, given such "top notch" customer service , i can't stand but to help others not to fall in the same trap every again. I don't mean money is king and customer always right. Though the transition of work professionalism to appropriate attitude, let alone basic principles, are clearly not demarcated. I was shoveled and looked upon like beggars, begging for food in self-proclaimed (few hundred per person) restaurant's quality.
Ironically speaking, i officially beg the waitress to change working in service industry. Or work in cheap restaurants if desired. Don't stay toxic, and stay harming restaurant's reputation any longer.
