To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. OVERALL: located in , a food heaven with multiple michelin restos⭐️, including this one founded in Beijing! Huaiyang cuisine is one of the 4 great traditions in Chinese cuisine, and this place defo meets Pan’s expectation as it’s delicious & authentic 😋💯 you can also try their hotpot!

DISHES:
🍢Mutton shashlik - threaded with mutton (lamb), pretty flavourful and got a kick to it.

🐴Ludagun 驢打滾 - a must have famous dessert in Beijing! The dish’s literal meaning is “rolling donkey” 🤪Chewy & made with glutinous rice flour, rolled flat into a crepe-like sheet, with a red bean paste layer in the middle🫘

🍗Shredded chicken “Shandong” style - sooo tender & flavourful, served cold with tangy savoury sauce. Refreshing!

🥢Shanghai stir-fried rice cakes with shredded pork & pickled mustard greens - the rice cakes are bomb.com, mix well with the fine chopped greens, can’t stop eating it 😋 don’t feel oily eating it. The whole dish is just right.
