DISHES:
🍗Signature Fried Chicken - perfect for sharing, 3 yellow chicken are so crispy & juicy! Served pipping hot so u know it’s fry to order🔥 Szechuan flavour available if you like it hot
🐷Pork Belly Bao - their absolute signature bao, a scrumptious bite with juicy slow braised pork belly, shiso leek salad and 2 sauces (sesame mayo, hoisin ketchup). Can opt for their seasonal soft-shell crab tempura bao too, Pan saw that they put a whole crab in the bao!
🧂🍟LB Salt & Pepper Fries - part of the seasonal menu, love the mixed and balanced flavour between sand ginger, salt & pepper. You’d wanna keep eating 😝 served with sand ginger mayo, but fries’ flavour itself is enough in Pan’s opinion
🍦🥯Icecream bao - Pan’s go-to is the green tea bao with condensed milk. Love the little fried bread that gives a crunchy bite against the soft icecream. Yum 😋
