DISHES:
🥩Beef Short Ribs - star of the show! The low & slow cooking method rendered it super tender. Love the smoke flavour that comes along with it. You can try it with or without the homemade sauces. Must order!
🐮Cider Glazed Baby back ribs - a shame that it is not that tender, but had a good smoky flavour that contrasted well with the glaze. Could be improved..
🍗Salt & Pepper Chicken - pretty tender and picked up the hickory smoke flavour. Best enjoyed with the sauces!
🧀Mac & Cheese - a hearty side dish, very gooey and a nice combo as it is topped with crispy shallot-dust topping. Recommended!
🥗Grilled Romaine Salad - nice idea to give the lettuce a smoky kiss by the fire, topped with salmon roes and parmesan and mixed with burnt ends bolognaise, we only wish the portion is bigger!
🍰Cakes - particularly enjoyed the key lime pie, a refreshing taste to end the meal. The chocolate one was abit too rich & heavy. Definitely for those with sweet tooth!
