To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Hidden 和洋食屋係一間日本同西方嘅融合餐廳，我今次嚟到呢度食嘢，就點咗一份和牛壽喜燒。味道都算得上唔錯，和牛肉質嫩滑，燒得啱啱好，加上啲蘑菇同洋葱，令到呢碗壽喜燒嘅味道更豐富。不過，當然就算味道好，價錢都太貴啦！同樣一份壽喜燒，喺其他餐廳就可以食到啲價錢實惠啲嘅，呢度真係要俾好多錢。如果你嘅預算唔係太高嘅話，就要諗清楚嚟呢度食飯啦。除咗價錢，其他方面就算得上好啦。店內環境好有氣氛，舒適又有日本嘅感覺，啲裝修細節亦都好用心。員工服務都幾好，好有禮貌同埋幫到手。總括而言，Hidden 和洋食屋嘅味道係可以接受嘅，但價格實在太高，如果你唔介意花多啲錢嚟試下日式同西式融合嘅特色菜式，而且都要俾好多啲錢，咁就可以嚟到呢度啦。
