This small Italian restaurant on Tai Ping Shan Street, Sheung Wan, is a true hidden gem that Italian food lovers must not miss! Every dish was of high quality from presentation to ingredients and execution. The truffle and porcini tagliatelle was nice and springy and well-flavoured, and the Argentinian red prawn pesto risotto was perfectly al dente and simply delicious. The mains were also of high standard - the seabass was very fresh, juicy and meaty, and very nicely seared; the Australian wagyu sirloin was tender and flavourful with just a hint of buttery fattiness. The entire 5-course tasting menu (starter, seafood, pasta, main and dessert) cost just $688 - a very reasonable price. We will be sure to come back and might try their premium 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing (for an excellent price of $988)!
