A popular hidden gem, more than half a century in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Come for the vomit-like noodles and live with both belly and heart full. I remember vaguely being here more than a decade ago: the same incertainty my younger felt as I stumble into the basement warehouse floor. Don’t be taken back by the surroundings, follow the signs and you will be rewarded.Tomato with scrambled egg soup noodles with cheese on topIt is exactly what it is called. Tomato with scrambled egg soup noodles with cheese on top
It is exactly what it is called. Nothing fancy and everything you may vomit after a crazy night at the club. The only difference is that this tastes like a delicious blend of sweet, sour and salty.
At first I was shocked by the obviousness of the cheese: it is exactly the sliced cheese you get from supermarket, just there nonchalantly floating on top of the noodles. But the no frills approach just works: it melts, you stir it and it’s disgusting-looking heaven at your fingertips.
