This place offers many traditional Guangdong dishes and they are all reasonably priced. It has a nice ambience and the service was on top notch. .🥂Abalone in Sake $48/pcHappy to find some Japanese style cooking in a Chinese restaurant. 🥂Garlic Shrimps $124/2pcs
Super fresh shrimps as you can tell from the shrimp paste. Steaming time was just right that kept its sweetness and bounciness. Simply adding minced garlic on top that enriched its flavour. Could have a bowl of rice with the sauce alone.
🥂Deep Fried Bombay Duck Fish with Spice $78
Portion was a bit small but very delicious. It was fried to brown and crispy on the outside and still soft and juicy inside. Easy to crumble and almost melted in my mouth.
🥂Salt Baked Chicken $288
This dish has to be pre-ordered. Having a crispy skin, the meat was tender and juicy. Though a bit heavy for four people, but we still finished that. Yum!
🥂Egg White and Almond Juice with Peach Gum $35
Even desserts here didn’t disappoint. Sweet but not heavily sweet and the jelly-like peach gum added some bouncy texture. Love it!
🥂Traditional Red Bean Pudding (Free)
Happy to get some free red bean pudding that I haven’t had for a while. Enjoyed it so much and was fully satisfied.
.
Will definitely be back and try out more dishes!
