Shuran is a hidden gem for Japanese goodness at the basement of East Pavilion. The food had good quality overall, especially the sashimi. I would recommend trying the Kinmedai (金目鯛) and Assorted Sashimi Supreme so you could try out a variety of fresh sashimi in one go. For the cooked food, Charcoal Toast with Crab Meat and Burdock with Sergestid Shrimp Tempura were tasty ones to start with. The tempura was crispy but not too oily.
