We began with some innovative cocktails🍸 - Nori ($135) and Saketini (HK$125). The former was much stronger than the latter. Both were very tasty
but small in portion, so we finished our drinks pretty quickly and ordered a bottle of Barossa Riesling (HK$480) to share.

Their food was just as amazing.
For starters, we ordered Scallops with Yuzu Dashi (HK$138) , Tuna with Negi Soy (HK$178) and Torotaku with Crispy Nori (HK$158). All 3 dishes were a delightful dance on my tastebuds.
Highly recommend all of these appetizers!
So fresh and yummy with an extra kick from their marinade sauce and garnishes.

For hot items, we tried their Karaage with Umeshu Mayo (HK$118), A4 Wagyu Beef with Shiso Ponzu (HK298) and King Crab Legs (HK$248). My favorite among them was the beef. It was very succulent and flavorful.

We actually wanted to order the Seafood or Wagyu Box for mains and Skillet Pancake for dessert. But as they were all sold out already, our friendly waiter was very apologetic and gave us the other 2 available desserts without charge to complete our lovely meal. Thank you so much!! 🙏🏻
We had Matcha Creme Brulee (HK$128) and Sake Pear with Lime Jelly (HK$118) for free. Extra yummy!

We also got a few shots of sake from our waiter upon paying our bill. 🍶

Dinner for 2 people (with a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails) was : HK$1,928.

Overall, it's a super fun and delicious hidden gem for Japanese fusion cuisine. Especially enjoyed their starters. A perfect place to grab food and drinks with friends before a night-out.
I would love to revisit and try their Wagyu Rice Box & Skillet Pancake next time!
