I went here after the lunch rush, so seating wasn't an issue. I had the "recommended" wonton, mushroom and chicken congee as well as the "recommended" BBQ pork in rice sheets. For a shop specializing in congee, I found the congee to be a bland and tasteless. They tried to mask this with a lot of green onion and ginger, but it still lacked a real "infused" flavor of all the ingredients. The consistency was a little watery for my taste as well. They tried to mask this with a lot of green onion and ginger, but it still lacked a real "infused" flavor of all the ingredients. The consistency was a little watery for my taste as well. The wontons also tasted a bit off and the shrimp was mealy. You can find way better congee for a much better price at other places. The char siu in rice sheet rolls was also a bit bland with pretty poor quality pork, but was still better than the congee by comparison
Total bill was only $48, but felt this was a lot for mediocrity.
