not too many choice at TKS for congee shop....this one is new and is the cheapest among all...we have ordered a take out (self pick up) and the waitress told me the last order is 945pm...i told her i will be there around 10pm...we arrived at 955pm and everything is ready and they are waiting for us so that they can close....i have ordered a "pig's liver腸粉" ($16)...lots of livers inside but it looks pink (a bit rare)...i thought it would taste smooth but in fact it taste very rough and old...i gu

i have ordered a "pig's liver腸粉" ($16)...lots of livers inside but it looks pink (a bit rare)...i thought it would taste smooth but in fact it taste very rough and old...i guess its the quality of the liver which made it taste like that...(as the pinkish color told me its not over-cooked)
there are some ginger slices inside which i didnt expected...it makes the 腸粉 taste better but i just dislike ginger..:

the quantity is much more than i expected so after eating that i am full already and need to save my congee for later....
i ordered a 皮蛋"au"肉粥(beef) ($19)....lots of 皮蛋 but only found 1 ball size of minced beef inside...the congee taste good..its soft and tasty....at least its not salty....but the size is pretty tiny....i think i may need 2 bowls of that...


my colleague bought a 炸両 ($13)..thought it wont taste too good as we have to walk 10mins before we can eat it...
i opened it up and touched it...the 油條 inside is not too soft and not too hard....then i stole one and taste it...ummm...yummy~~

油條 has no oily taste...and the texture is just right~~~~~then i stole another piece....and another piece...wahaha...

he also ordered a 蜜汁叉燒腸粉 ($16), he told me the taste is very good and the texture of 叉燒 is soft and its tasty.....

he also got a 皮蛋瘦肉粥 but he told me he can only find 2 slices of 瘦肉.....

.....but he is still pleased as he found lots of 皮蛋 inside...(its being chopped into small pieces)...he said to me that he thinks they put a whole egg in there b/c there are really lots of it...


overall, i think i will come back for it as its cheaper than "wah cheong" or the congee shop at foodcourt inside TKS plaza...even though its a bit far from where we are but i think it still worth me walking 10mins to get the take out~

太座想去太古坊看九龍皇帝的文字樂園,在家吃過早餐後,便徒步前往,看完已是下午二時了,又是時候要補充,路經此店,有粥有腸粉,很對胃口。我們點了蠔仔肉碎蘑菇粥,蜜汁叉燒腸粉,鹹肉粽。最先送來的是鹹肉粽,碟上已淋了豉油,但個人較喜歡加白沙糖,加了豉油,感覺太咸,粽子都是綠豆肉,鹹豆黃做餡,平實,無特別。蜜汁叉燒腸粉,腸粉皮拉得不過不失,叉燒卻不見蜜汁,做腸粉不是蜜汁更好,以免太甜。蠔仔肉碎蘑菇粥,粥底似住家煲的粥,不是綿是稠,蠔仔和肉碎味道一般,最敗筆是放了罐頭蘑菇,無味之餘還影響整體質素,其次是芫茜煮得太耐,變黑了。是一間還有很多進步空間的店。

I had:
1.) Yau Ja Guai : It was crunchy... obviously freshly made. Loved it.

3.) 艇仔粥 : Lots of ingredients... very satisfying!

炸両 - 是新鮮包的,但好快變凍了. 油條硬蹦蹦,所以真係都幾掃興下. 幸好這裡還有真正的芝麻醬, 不會像大部份店求其開稀一支花生醬就當係芝麻, 混水摸魚. 始終芝麻醬夠香, 會同腸粉系夾多點!!

打"健康"招牌永远是个吸引的卖点. 看见有carrot and sweet corn 粥, 好想试, 天气突然热起来, 是时候吃得清淡一点.点了carrot, sweet corn and chicken 粥, 一个粽粥底认真麻麻, 有好大进步空间. 粽是没有蛋黄的, 只有一点肥羔, 看不见有肉, 但它叫咸肉粽 服务... 过了两点, 只有一共5 个客人...基本是一对一的比例, 3 个waitress站在我面前, 背着我聊天, 讲了起码四声"吾该" 才转过来落单, 厨房里的人看见也不提示她们, 视而不见价钱算是便宜, 但是不好, 无畏.

炸兩
炸兩是廣東特色小食,要做得好不是件容易的事。炸兩是用腸粉包裹油條製成,製作時要求師傅對兩者的火候精準把握,適時將腸粉包裹油條,這樣才能把腸粉的軟滑、油條的香脆保留下來。如果搭配店家的醬油,尤其是辣椒醬,那就更加誘人了。

I went here after the lunch rush, so seating wasn't an issue. I had the "recommended" wonton, mushroom and chicken congee as well as the "recommended" BBQ pork in rice sheets. For a shop specializing in congee, I found the congee to be a bland and tasteless. The char siu in rice sheet rolls was also a bit bland with pretty poor quality pork, but was still better than the congee by comparison

三絲燴伊麵,$16,出品很快,下單兩分鐘就能上菜,現點現做,伊麵柔韌度剛剛好,伴香菇和叉燒一起燴,伊麵好入味,不油膩,分量不會太多太少,一個人剛剛好。

蠔仔肉碎蘑菇粥,$19,料好足,蠔仔肉好新鮮沒有腥味,蘑菇的分量也好足,口感豐富,不得不提粥底,好滑,既柔軟又不失口感,粥水和各種材料很好的融合,很好味,「重口味」的朋友一定喜歡這款。

艇仔粥,$17,傳統口味也同樣出眾,爽口的魷魚鬚和豬皮,和粥水撈在一起,每一口都好滋味,花生很香脆,這些都是艇仔粥的精華之處;至於粥底,真的是每一口都讓人回味,如果不是幾個人一人一款都不能體會到這些粥的精髓,配合不同的材料,作出不同的配搭和味道的變化,每一種都好好味,看來牆上那首詩詞不僅是裝飾,還有它的精髓,和給自己造勢好展示啊,佩服佩服!

狀元及地粥,$28,料足真的是這家店不可多得的優點,可能我個手掌比較小,但每塊豬肝都有的半個手掌大真的很讓人感動,豬肚和生腸也好新鮮、好有咬勁,個人認為加小小薑絲可能會更鮮味;至於粥底的妙,就不用再多說了。真的很出色。

香茜叉燒腸粉,$16,很喜歡這裡腸粉的粉皮,柔而不軟,香茜的香味剛好能和叉燒的油膩中和,感覺很新鮮;和朋友談話之間忽略了腸粉,冷了的腸粉皮沒有粘在一起,口感雖沒有熱騰騰時的好,味道卻仍保留,粉皮依然十分好咬感。若你對香茜「感冒」的話,不妨試下另一道推薦——蔥花蝦米腸。

蔥花蝦米腸,$10,蝦米的香味和腸粉卷在一起感覺好特別,下一點芝麻感覺就更香,我喜歡清淡,單純點一些醬油就覺得好滋味,朋友喜歡試新,把「滿粥」預備的三款醬料都試了,甜醬和花生醬、辣椒醬都是穿透的配搭,他最喜歡辣椒醬,辣而不辛的感覺吃得很舒服,小小的刺激給蝦米腸提了不小味。

炸兩,$13,炸兩的神髓在於油條的鬆脆和粉皮的軟熟程度,對師傅的功夫有很高的要求,時機的配合十分重要,一份好的炸兩就是一瞬間的把握,「滿粥」就做得比較好,這味一定要趁熱吃,各位朋友也要記住啦。

油條,$8,剛炸出來的油條好香脆,金黃色中還有小許透明感,惹人垂涎三尺,好多住在附近的街坊路過都來打包回家,可見十分受歡迎。

豆漿,$8,服務員特別推薦,我也來了一杯熱豆漿,豆漿甜味剛好,口感滑而不澀,仔細一品還殘留黃豆的新鮮感,十分喜歡,我也要推薦給大家。

雖然我對食物沒有很高的要求,但好似呢種系屋企就可以做出來的簡單料理,沒有好手藝卻來開鋪會感到生氣,呢到個味道就真的很讓人佩服,唯一可惜,晚上只開到8點,如果做埋宵夜就更好,尤其這個大冬天,暖身、健康、飽肚,真系一級「正」,一級「滿粥」!

I like to try new places but this first time may be the last time as well.Waited 25 mins for 炸兩! The mother and daughter sitting across from me asked for a bowl and spoon 7 times before they got them! A guy asked a chubby waitress if he could sit at a particular table, she said "是但啦!" The guy left the shop because no one waited on him. Good job! Some orders got mixed up at the tables behind me. That chubby waitress just took away the congee from a lady while she was stirring the congee! T

If you have no patience, I mean LOTS OF PATIENCE and tolerance, don't go there! It'll make you extremely mad!

下午茶時間行過, 聞到好香, 又突然好想食炸襾, 一於試新鋪.叫左一個熱豆漿+炸襾.豆漿好香豆味, 放左一陣, 涼左少少, 直程起左一塊"腐皮"出來...正!炸襾好食. D腸粉好滑, 個油炸鬼脆得黎又唔會話硬到割口. 而且有以前果D油炸鬼味, 好食AR!!!!下次要試下佢D粥先...HAHA唯一唔好之處就係好大油煙味. 雖然好左唔耐, 但佢炸油器既抽氣做得唔多好.所以鋪面好大油煙味. 希望鋪頭快D改善.

艇仔粥 ($17),其實早前吃過「東源」的艇仔粥,已覺店主在配料份量放得頗為慷慨,估不到這裡的艇仔粥用料更重手,除基本的魷魚鬚、炸豬皮、牛肉碎、蔥花外,還有我至喜愛的炸花生。店員把碗粥放上桌,先避開滿是配料的粥底,舀面頭一口粥品嘗,口感挺香滑軟糯,比起一般的粥來得更濃郁厚重。再舀一匙連著配料的粥一起吃,香脆的炸花生,極富嚼勁的魷魚鬚,爽口的炸豬皮,加上軟滑綿密的粥底,每一口都有不同滋味,非常滿足。

紅蘿蔔粟米雞絲粥 ($19),原本想點個蠔仔肉碎蘑菇粥試試,但店員說因店舖新開,粥品材料貨源供應有限,暫未能提供,故只好改選這款店員推薦的「健康靚粥」。其實這款粥的粥底是以港式素菜館的粟米粥為基調,再加入超多切碎的紅蘿蔔粒和雞絲,粥料份量同樣下得夠慷慨,粟米粥底入口香得來十分清甜,粟米粒又大又甜美,加埋明目的紅蘿蔔和美味的雞絲,營餐豐富,味道鮮味,而且粥底煮得軟而滑,但又不失紮實口感,值得推介。

炸兩 ($13) + 招牌油條 ($8),其實到粥店吃炸兩,有時都幾賭彩數,如果剛巧遇上有新鮮炸起的油條,做出來的炸兩大多能吃到那種脆口的感覺,不過單單做到脆口並不足夠。要吃靚油炸鬼,其精粹是要脆得來略帶軟,中間夾雜空氣的酥香,尤如吃空氣般,入口噴香酥脆,否則太脆硬便會像吃小孩零食媽咪麵般,而太軟又會過韌,欠了那種鬆化的口感。至於這裡的油條當然做得比「東源」出色,起碼入口香脆,不過稍嫌內裡粉團較多,所以脆得來有點硬口,口感較為結實,而炸兩雖然不算差,但水準仍未及「金峰」做得內酥外軟。

蔥花蝦米腸粉 ($10) 以腸粉卷著蝦米和青蔥,簡單地浸於豉油當中,腸粉厚薄適中,口感滑溜兼半帶煙韌,入口帶有米香,蝦米有咸蝦的香味,加埋清爽的蔥花,味道簡潔得來又不花巧,真的不錯。粥店也有為喜歡點醬的食客於每張桌上放置了麻醬、辣醬和甜醬以供選擇,愛吃麻醬的我,當然唔會放過機會,把芝麻醬擠得碟邊滿滿,用腸粉蘸上豉油和麻醬同吃,味道真的提升不少,當然如果像深水埗「合益泰」般供應埋芝蔴就更一流了。

糯米雞 ($16) 記得兒時與父親上茶樓品茗,吃過的糯米雞,外表雖毫不起眼,但內涵既扎實又豐腴,那糯米雞入口有糯米的粘、雞肉的滑、香菇的鮮、荷葉的清雅香氣,相互交糅滲透,這種滋味一直無法尋回。至於這隻糯米雞雖然個子頗大,但感覺上味道一般,主因內裡用料不足,只有零星的肉碎和一隻雞中翼,連我喜愛的臘腸和咸蛋也欠奉,加上糯米較為鬆散,粘度不足,濕潤度又唔夠,老公的評價是比大家樂的一哥糯米雞還不如。

三絲炒米粉 ($12) 其實在點這米粉時正考慮該選米粉還是豉油皇炒麵好,但印象中「金峰」的銀芽炒麵非常之棒,相信這裡未必做出那個水準,還是試試炒米粉如何吧!結果當然是……….這米粉放上桌時,原來比我想像中要大碟得多,不過一睇就知無乜料到,對我這個食餸唔食飯的人來說,當然極不滿足。用料方面雖有蘿蔔絲、椰菜絲和火腿絲,但味道非常淡,要自行加入醬料作配搭,而且米粉炒得唔多夠香和入味,整體只屬一般,幸好米粉質感軟硬適中,不太油膩。

其實這裡的粥品和腸份都頗為出色,不過炸物和其它食品則仍雖努力,而且可能這店還在新張階段,某些粥品和糖水,雖然在餐單上有列出來,但到點選時又說未能供應,甚至其宣傳單張上印有店舖網址,不過原來內裡網頁又並非該店所有等等,則仍有待改善,但始終在這區又多了間吃粥麵的店舖,讓大家多個選擇是件好事。另一件比較有趣的是這店店名叫「滿粥」,而開在粥店毗鄰是一間足浴店,店名又叫「滿足」,兩店讀音相同,行業各異,雙影成趣。
