Went to a omakase dinner with a bunch of friends last week.It was such a nice experience!The chefs there were so friendly and funny.They even gave my friend a birthday hat and a small piece of cake to celebrate her birthday. The rich, tenderness and fat of toro mixed with lean tuna which has more chew to it, together with perilla leave, allowing you to experience different flavors and textures of the fish👍🏻

Btw they also hv the best ginger I've had in HK! It wasn't spicy like the usual ones I had.
They added some pomelo to it, it was sweet and sour, so refreshing! I could hv just the ginger itself as a dish!! 🤣
Overall, nothing to complain about, went home with a giant food baby, satisfied!😋😌
