I\ve just tried different kinds of dim sum and specialities today, ranging from 豬頸肉, congee with fish fillets, boneless eels, chicken feet with abalone sauce, soup with wonton,dumplings, almond tea and even coffee. I even bought 3 extra dumplings as take-away because they are not greasy but very tasty, suitable for the elderly. I hope Mr Wong, the director and the renowned chef, can feel proud of the high quality service and food here. If such service and quality can be kept in other branches of the same restaurant forever, it can be regarded as the representative of Hong Kong's food industry.
