This is not our first time having this êclair but we are still amazed, I mean very amazed. Varnished with a vividly green glazing, the choux pastry was more on the crispy side, with a gentle buttery note. The texture of the choux pastry was quite a nice job done, but what earned the most points was the matcha filling. For those with impeccable taste, this is something for you.
