For westerners, it might take translation of this shop's Chinese name to learn Sous-vide is its signature cooking method. My wife and I have spent one day of the Easter vacation to enjoy the following feast of all-you-can-eat. The shop is not large but only rooming about ten tables.

Coming first as appetizer is the seafood platter and lobster bisque crossiant of unlimited order. The seafood includes half lobster, shrimps and mussels. The lobster and shrimps are not large in size whereas their elasticity proves they are ultra fresh, and what's more with a taste of meaty sweetness. Bisque croissant bursts like volcanic lava and is most mouth-waterng and scenty indeed. On the other hand, the mussels are tiny and not worth-mentioning. The well-marinated sous-vide chicken breast is just timely cooked and dipped with aromatic yellow curry. Main dishes are crispy pork belly and creamy salmon linguini of single quota, being up to standard and hunger quenching. The after desserts are limitless ordered including creme brulee, berry cheese cake, and truffle/coconut ice-cream that complete the whole perfect 75-minute gourmet story. A down side is the lack of generosity of offering free tea or coffee; only water is provided or else paying $128/head more to have free flow of sparkling wine.

To most customers, buying this all-you-can-eat meal may be a bit challenging since it takes you to play hard and deep with the KKday app or website. If you want to go for less, choose Yuen Long or Western District shop option ($238/head) as contrary to the Central shop counterpart ($328/head) by leaving the shop before 5:30pm, otherwise afterward departure costs $60 more per head. There the food experience as the deal is in a word not too costly for the high quality and variety.
