今日比我發現有新地方High Tea....唔錯唔錯。一個High tea set 都要$398, 但係一個咁舒服既環境，同有window seat既view,(雖然望落有個地盤)我都覺得值得 。。 Having rose tea while waiting....Wait 10 mins.....Tea Set finally arrived.... 頭個層係 mini pastry..有madelines, banana parline mooseearl grey flavour macaroon (超好食,唔太甜) Fromage frais mousse with raspberry jelly & Lemon curd (酸酸甜甜，既refreshing ) Gateau opera cake & canelle 第二層唔小得係scones 有兩種味 plain & raisin flavour Strawberrry jam & apricot jam & cotted cream

Tea Set finally arrived....
頭個層係 mini pastry..

第二層唔小得係scones
有兩種味 plain & raisin flavour

第三層係特色三文治。
最好味呢層。。有四種* Smoke.Salmon with horsh raddish cream cheese,pickle cumumber
*Sundried tomato with dried blackolives, garlic pesto and parmesan cheese
*Crushed avocado with roasted bell peppers and sweet chilli jam
*Roasted beef sandwich with mustard mayo top with caramelized red onion
再加上4個cheese puff 好好味！
我哋不停咁問個captain啲野食有乜ingredients , 佢都好有心機續一explain ..
