TMK Rap & Rolls is a Hip-Hop style Japanese sake bar. It is not that big with a limited number of seats but giving you a non-traditional experience. Their dishes were so unique even with the good presentation. I personally love their Tataki dishes, such as Wagyu Tataki (HKD118), Salmon Tataki (HKD88), and Rap & Roll Hamachi (HKD98). All of the sashimi was so fresh and the wagyu one was served rare with hot oil and Calamansi soy sauce, but the flavour of wagyu still stands out. It was the highlight of the dinner.
The Edamame Hummus (HKD58) was tasty which came with rice cracker, providing a textured crunch that went perfect with smooth hummus. If you want to have some sushi, then Seared Scallop Roll (HKD78) and Tuna Hotdog (HKD98) would be a good choice for you. I don't usually like sake but Sawa Sawa Sparkling Sake (HKD250) was light and easy to drink. I highly recommend this restaurant and it is well worth the stop.

Karaage (HKD78)
Hamachi Tomato Handroll (HKD58)
West coast bowl (HKD148)
Poppin Icecream (HKD68)
Fried Banana Icecream (HK58)
Katana Cocktail (HKD95)
