To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Weekend有興緻相約朋友二人去食壽司，安排坐四人位，很寬敞很舒服。急不及待點了赤海蝦壽司(HK$10)很新鮮很抵食，Encore點了兩件。甜蝦壽司(HK$19兩件)每件有3隻甜蝦，好食。敗筆是一連氣點了兩碟軍艦，共4件，伏位是紫菜已經過氣淋左，很失望，就連手卷都不敢叫。牛油果軟殼蟹卷(HK$22) 牛油果很新鮮，軟殼蟹很脆身。點了碟邪惡的日式炸芝士年糕(HK$28)，好食無失望，芝士可以拉絲，只是食完有點罪惡感。這裡的店員姐姐很親切很好。
