For the Bibimbap, it’s DIY in a way that you may choose to have beef/ pork belly/ chicken as the meat topping, while the kimchi raddish, seaweed, carrot and the perfect half-boiled egg etc are staples. The portion was pretty big and extremely flavourful after mixing everything together, each spoonful is a delight😋 While the Doenjang Pork Cartilage Rice Bowl, there were 4-5 big chunks of pork cartilage that were well marinated, it just tastes awesome and filling☺️
