To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Wow! These oysters at Café 103 are THE BEST!! Refreshingly sweet and creamy at the same time! The entire seafood bar was my absolute favorite! All the items were very fresh and it tasted like it came directly from the sea! The crab legs were so meaty and so was the lobster! The entire buffet spread exudes quality. You can tell right away by the size of the seafood and the opulence of the ingredients. The cooked food stations were very high quality as well. The char siu and pork chops were so fat

The cooked food stations were very high quality as well. The char siu and pork chops were so fatty and succulent. The roast beef and lamb in the toast station were all very juicy and not dry at all. I also love how generous the chefs behind these stations are with the portions. You ask for one thing and they make sure to give you atleast double or more!! The stations I kept going back to had to be the seafood bar, the roast meat station, and sushi bar...dessert too actually!
