棗杞燕桃海 - This dessert was highly recommended by the staff, which consisted of red dates, sea coconut, collagen and gum tragacanth etc. The drink was smooth and milky, served hot. It was very nutritious, with those ingredients chewy and juicy.
椰皇燉百利甜酒 - It was basically steamed bailey's mousse in coconut, with oreo bits placed on top. Mousse was very soft and smooth, with slight bailey taste. Coconut meat was soft and sweet too.
意式特濃咖啡奶凍 - Coffee pudding was smooth, with strong coffee taste and cookie and cream ice cream was sweet and creamy too.
Mango shaved ice - The chef was generous with the serving, consisting of mango ice cream, mango slices, mango pearls with mango syrup. Ice was shaved till smooth and icy, and was sweet and sour in taste. Mango slices was soft and smooth too.
