To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Yoga centre 樓下開咗新餐廳，放學就來食個lunch，lunch set 有兩個course，main course 仲有 homemade fettuccine，出面好少有，所以就要 fettuccine，我哋加咗$15要一個dessert 試試麵包先來的當然是自家製麵包，熱熱哋，外脆內軟，點橄欖油及醋，好開胃沙律除咗沙律菜之外，仲三文魚mousse，魚味濃郁，好特別南瓜海鮮忌廉湯個湯唔係普通嘅南瓜湯，係加咗海鮮嘅海鮮南瓜湯，海鮮味突出，而且濃稠適中Holland Mussels Fettuccine ($158)賣相好吸引，一隻隻青口整齊哋排列响 fettuccine 面，好壯觀，而且自家製嘅fettuccine好彈牙，仲有些蛋味，青口仲好鮮甜Bacon & Mushroom Fettuccine ($128)喜歡食芝士嘅一定好喜歡，芝士多到好似落咗場大雪咁，配上白汁，味道濃郁，煙肉同菇嘅嘅份量適中Mango Mille Feuille拿破崙同芒果都係 my favourite，三層嘅拿破崙好脆，吉士醬份量適中，加埋芒果，味道剛剛好，又不會太甜做完yoga有咁豐富嘅lu
