There were flat slices of deep fried fish skin, which can be enjoyed with the dipping oyster oil. It’s like an ocean in your mouth. Other toppings included charsiu, bamboo shoots, red onions and whatnots. We added a soft boiled ramen egg to share, it was delicious.
