黎到The Salted Pig,點能夠唔試signature dish Pork Knuckle呢?以中環核心區黎講,set lunch可以賣到$100幾蚊一位包埋Appetizer/Soup我覺得非常合理。由於是日一心專程黎食豬手,所以都冇乜點睇個menu就直接order,所以appetizer同埋湯都只係求其跟店員既recommendation,快快趣趣叫左兩個Knuckle Set Lunch ($168)就算 (Knuckle要最少兩個人一齊order)。Soup of the day︰雖然本身唔係太好Tomato Soup,但係都不自覺俾佢陣陣既香氣吸引住,湯既口感非常濃烈,睇得出係落左功夫去煲,唔係是是但但dilute from concentrate就算。最特別既係要數湯上面既麵飽糠,口感脆脆地似餅乾多過似麵飽,口感一流!Aoused Mackerel & baby spinach salad︰Veggie勉強只係叫做一般貨式,冇乜特別,反而最喜出望外既係Mackerel同埋Egg Benedict。雖然Mackerel一食就食得出係罐頭野,但係overall感覺都算可
Anyway,豬手既肉質非常特別,連埋皮一啖食落肚既時候唔單止唔會「乾爭爭」,重食到少少豬肉juicy既肉汁,配合埋mustard sauce果種酸酸甜甜既感覺,口感真係超正!配菜同埋豬手既皮完全跟足德國正宗方法去煮,當然唔能夠做到好似港式乳豬咁脆既感覺,但係咁樣反而可以更加食得出豬既皮既口感。豬肉雖然冇乜點樣醃製過,但因為咁,佢更加可以突出肉既質感同埋原汁原味,超正!
Overall絕對收貨,我咁講呢度既Pork Knuckle肯定係熱愛正宗德國豬手既人既必食之選!
