I made a reservation and when arriving at the restaurant (on time) I was simply told by the reception lady that “you have to wait” without saying sorry or telling me how long I needed to wait. I asked her again how long I needed to wait and all she said was “you need to line up. You see all these people waiting here? They all made reservations.” This is ridiculous. Such attitude should not be tolerated
