Felt ashamed to have brought my wife to this restaurant for lunch on her bday:- No one took beverage orders upon being seated. Poured water myself.- No syrup provided with ice tea- No mustard offered with steak- Order taker did not listen carefully leading to wrong order of french fries- Missed out french fries for second time by another server who i though i could count on- Third server did not take ownership of following up the wrong order plus delay of over 30min french fries- Couldnt't wait

- No one took beverage orders upon being seated. Poured water myself.
- No syrup provided with ice tea
- No mustard offered with steak
- Order taker did not listen carefully leading to wrong order of french fries
- Missed out french fries for second time by another server who i though i could count on
- Third server did not take ownership of following up the wrong order plus delay of over 30min french fries
- Couldnt't wait any longer and left
I give low score on staff attentiveness. Nobody came to our table to at least inform the waiting time nor have i received an apology sincere enough.
Mistakes often happen and is fine. But a series of unattended mistakes could sometimes be unbearable leading to a bad experience.
