I had a very poor experience at the establishment. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. As a member of the ethnic minority community, I have unfortunately dealt with many situations like this, but this one was the worst. If you are working in the restaurant industry, at the very least you should properly serve the customers who are paying you. I had a very poor experience at the establishment. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. As a member of the ethnic minority community, I have unfortunately dealt with many situations like this, but this one was the worst. If you are working in the restaurant industry, at the very least you should properly serve the customers who are paying you. We are simply asking that you provide us the full meals we ordered, since I understand there may have been too many orders which could have caused issues. However, the way the employee just walked away and gave us an attitude was unacceptable. We are not forcing you to work - if you do not wish to provide good customer service, then perhaps you should not be working in this role.
