To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Yi Hung Yuen hotpot is a great place to hangout especially during as the hotpot will warm you really quick. The restaurant design is rather special as the theme of the restaurant is a brothel Den, the drinks and food menu is also rather interesting as it features the unimaginable fantasy. Before ordering, there is a raffle where you get to pick randomly and see what sort of discount you could get for your meal. We ordered Pickled Fish hotpot for our main pot. It came with a whole fish and along pickled vegetables. As for other options, we’ve ordered Spanish Iberico Pork (half potion), Fried Spam, Minced Prawns, Minced Squid, Bell and Truffle with crab dumplings. Special mentioned to the Truffle with Crab dumpling is one of the signature dumplings, high recommended for order as it was really good. All the food arrived in an orderly manner and they were all fresh out of the kitchen. If you are looking for hotpot and looking to hangout with your colleagues and friends after work, I highly recommend you visit the place. It will be great laugh with great food.
