Always excited to find new places to eat in Sheung Wan and here might be my new favourite! Chachawan is located on Hollywood Road. The interior is a true convergence of East and West. I ordered Nahm Dtok Nuer (HKD148)–spicy grilled wagyu beef salad. The beef was perfectly tender and the flavour was strong with shallots, coriander, and mint but not overwhelming. It's refreshing, slightly acidic and spicy! I highly recommend their Khao Pad (HKD158), it came with lots of crab meat, egg, and spring

It's refreshing, slightly acidic and spicy! I highly recommend their Khao Pad (HKD158), it came with lots of crab meat, egg, and spring onions. The spice level was great with a punch of flavour! EXCELLENT! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤤The huge chicken thigh skewers (HKD158) marinated for 24 hours in garlic, pepper, coriander! It was juicy and flavorful! I will order this over and over again!
