Japanese Hot Pot Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到平時呢間嘢排隊都好多人，今次打算比平時提早一個鐘五點入去食飯，已經就嚟坐滿晒，睇嚟香港人真係好鍾意打邊爐。呢間嘢嘅特色就係所有座位，你見到佢係想你一個人入嚟食飯多個一班朋友，今次叫咗一份最普通嘅五花肥牛套餐，入面有一個壽喜燒湯底同埋蔬菜，菜嘅種類竟然有好多，全部食落去都好新鮮唔會有怪味，今次嘅火鍋配菜蔬菜絕對係比到驚喜我。而牛肉就比較失望感覺上就喺超市買嘅肥牛差唔多質素，可能我揀咗最平嗰一隻肉，不過要輪呢間餐廳嘅評價，當然係性價比非常之高，＄68可以食到咁多嘢我就唔講究太多啦。
