🩵前菜
三文魚籽牛油果蟹肉沙律🥗
上菜外形好精緻🤩🤩 入面蟹肉份量多,肉質新鮮, 上面有大大粒晶瑩剔透嘅三文魚籽, 輕輕一咬就爆晒汁🤩


🩵澳洲鮑魚 (450g)
澳洲黑邊鮑主要入口於澳洲塔斯曼尼亞, 手掌咁大隻,產量有限非常珍貴!
大廚以3種煮法呈現出鮑魚各部位嘅美味!
首先,大廚切了鮑魚薄片,用忌廉汁跟鮑魚內臟調製出鮮甜鮑魚肝醬,還加了少許白酒,以海澡配合一起進食,完全食到佢嘅鮮味👍🏻
之後,大廚就厚切配以XO醬炒,鮑魚表面好腍,中間爽口彈牙😋
最後,再試十分重海水味嘅鮑魚裙邊,大廚均勻噴洒了青擰汁,感覺好清新💚


🩵季節海鮮 北海道北寄貝
以木魚湯和昆布煮成湯,除了北寄貝肉還加入了北寄貝腸🤭大廚以半煎半煮方式煮到剛好,
肉質爽彈, 又香又鮮甜。


🩵甘鯛立鱗燒
好有心機製作嘅一味菜,大廚以洋蔥烹調高湯,加入蘆筍。甘鯛魚預先已製作好🔪 鱗片,以半煎炸方法烹調,在魚身上加入滾油後,隨即見到魚鱗片豎起,入口十分鬆脆,跟嫩滑魚肉形成極大對比,口感層次分明,歎為觀止🤩

🩵清酒煮北海道蛤蜊
🍶白酒點🔥Gimmick 感滿滿,原來大廚是以火先減去太重的酒味,從而突出白酒中米味😋蜆肉好漲卜卜又清晰通透, 完全無沙,好鮮甜!!還加入了蔥和櫻花蝦🦐,食完蜆 記得要攪勻啲湯,好成碗清晒,好好味!


🩵美國牛肉厚燒🥩及薄燒
-厚燒牛肉選了煮3成熟,煮得剛好肉質粉嫩軟腍,伴了醬汁外,還有好像薯片般脆口的炸蒜片,食到不能停口🤤
-薄燒中間加入炒過既洋蔥青蔥, 不只香口,而且食落好juicy, 好味👍🏻


🩵櫻花蝦炒飯🦐🍚 + 炒雜菜🥬同麵豉湯加了🦞龍蝦頭
以少見高菜漬炒飯,有少少咸味又開胃,而且可以減去油膩感好健康🫶🏻
炒飯炒到粒粒分明, 氯粒沾了蛋液外,仲煎咗太陽蛋放面,好正🥰


🩵甜品
焦糖多士 配 益力多綿花冰🍧
加入焦糖的麵包,在鐵板燒上烘一會,就成為
蜜糖🍯脆條,卜卜脆😋
餐廳自家綿花冰,今日試咗益力多味,超級綿滑, 入口即溶, 又不會太甜,跟出面只在冰上加汁的綿綿冰比,真係嬴咗幾條街🥳


值得一提大廚都不時跟客人有互動, 每道菜都有講解,氣氛好好,下次再約朋友嚟食埋龍蝦餐😋
